Kartik Teltia Managing Director
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business. With over a decade of experience in leading the Company’s operations, he is responsible for strategic planning and overall management. He also serves as a Director on the boards of 18 companies.
Rishabh Jain Director
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been associated with the Company since its inception. he currently oversees the administrative affairs of the Company. He also serves as a Director on the boards of 16 companies.
Sushil Kumar Jain Director
Sushil Kumar Jain is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. With over 34 years of experience in finance and taxation, he has held key positions at the PHD Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as a Director on the boards of 15 companies.
Mangal Chand Teltia Director
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 30 years of experience in finance and commercial operations. Ramakant Pattanaik Independent Director
He holds an M.Sc. in Defence Studies and an M.Phil. in Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras. A distinguished veteran of the Indian Navy, he served for over 37 years and retired as Vice Admiral. He is a recipient of the Param Vishisht Seva Medal and Ati Vishisht Seva Medal for his exemplary service.

He brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the power and renewable energy sector, including leadership roles within the NTPC Group. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of NTPC Green Energy Limited and NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, driving strategic initiatives and expanding renewable energy capacity. He has held senior positions such as Chief General Manager and General Manager at NTPC Limited.
