As we scale our operations to meet the growing global demand for clean energy, we are proud to announce a significant milestone: ZNShine Solarworld (a division of Solarworld Energy Solutions) has entered into a long-term supply agreement with RenewSys.

Under this strategic partnership, RenewSys will supply 400 MW of high-performance EPE (EVA-POE-EVA) encapsulants. These materials are essential for our next generation of solar panels, with deliveries scheduled to take place between November 2025 and February 2026.

Why EPE? Engineering for Excellence

As the industry transitions toward high-efficiency cell architectures like TOPCon, the choice of encapsulation material becomes critical to the long-term performance and durability of the module.

The EPE encapsulant provided by RenewSys is a cutting-edge multilayer film. By sandwiching a layer of POE (Polyolefin Elastomer) between two layers of EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate), the film combines the best of both worlds:

• Superior PID Resistance: Protecting modules from Potential Induced Degradation, ensuring consistent power output over decades.

• Enhanced Durability: Exceptional moisture barrier properties and weather resistance.

• Optimized for TOPCon: Specifically engineered to support the delicate requirements of N-type high-efficiency cells.

Strengthening Our Manufacturing Footprint

This partnership comes at a pivotal time for Solarworld. With over 12 years of industry expertise, a project portfolio exceeding 1 GW+, and a module manufacturing capacity of 1.8 GW, we are entering a new phase of growth.
