Educational Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance / CFA.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline is required.
Experience
- Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, financial planning and analysis, or capital markets.
- Prior experience with a listed company is strongly preferred.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing or the power sector will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of SEBI LODR Regulations, disclosure requirements and capital-market practices is desirable.
