Key Job Responsibilities – Finance & MIS

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial MIS (Standalone and consolidated) for management review.
• Develop project-wise and business-segment-wise profitability reports covering revenue, cost, gross margin and contribution.
• Prepare budget-versus-actual analysis and identify significant revenue, cost and margin variances.
• Coordinate with accounting, project, procurement, commercial and treasury teams for timely collection and validation of financial information.
• Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, advances, working capital, borrowings and banking-limit utilisation.
• Automate and standardise MIS reports using advanced Excel, SAP/ERP and business-intelligence tools.
• Provide financial information and analysis required for statutory audit, internal audit, investor relations, lenders and rating agencies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA Inter/CMA Inter /MBA Finance/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting or FP&A.
• Strong command of Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP etc.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements, ratios and variance analysis.
• Experience in EPC, renewable energy, infrastructure or manufacturing would be an additional advantage.
