Job Location – HO- Noida , UP (Travel – 40% on Asset management Site)
Position – Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Performance Analyst)
Qualification – Diploma or B-tech in Electrical Engineering / EEE / Equivalent degrees in Technical stream
Experience: 2–6 years in Solar O&M / Performance Analysis / Asset Management
Required Skills: Solar PV, SCADA, Performance Analysis, Advanced Excel and Data Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor plant PR, CUF, generation, and availability.
- Analyze SCADA and plant performance data.
- Identify generation losses and underperforming equipment.
- Conduct root-cause and performance analysis.
- Prepare daily/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with O&M teams for corrective actions.
- Support plant performance improvement initiatives.
