• Position Title: Site Incharge – Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
• Department: Asset Management (Solar EPC )
• Project Capacity: 50 MW Ground-Mounted Solar PV Power Plant
• Location: Dhekiajuli , Sonitpur , Assam
• Reporting To: Head – Head (Manager/ Sr. Manager) – Asset Management Dept.

Required Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Experience:
  • B.Tech: 6 – 10 years of experience in Solar O&M with at least 2–3 years as a Site Incharge / Lead Engineer for ground-mounted solar projects (30 MW+).
  • Diploma: 9 – 13 years of relevant experience in Solar PV O&M.
• Certification: Electrical Supervisor / High Voltage (HV) License from state licensing boards is highly desirable.
• Deep technical understanding of Inverters (Central/String), Power Transformers, 33 kV / 132 kV / 220 kV Switchyards, CT/PTs, Relays, and SCADA / DAS systems.
